Welcome to Fyndyo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fyndyo platform, a service that connects event organisers with attendees. By accessing or using Fyndyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Event Creator" refers to Users who create and manage events on the Platform
• "Attendee" refers to Users who register for or attend events
• "Event" refers to any gathering, meeting, or activity listed on the Platform

3. Platform Role and Limitations

• Fyndyo does not organize, manage, or control events listed on the Platform
• We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or safety of event content
• We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of Event Creators or Attendees
• We do not guarantee the occurrence, quality, or safety of any event

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 All Users Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India
• Not engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Not violate the rights of others

4.2 Event Creators Must:

• Ensure their events comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
• Provide accurate event information including date, time, location, and description
• Manage attendee data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws
• Not organize events that promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions for their events
• Be solely responsible for event management, safety, and liability

4.3 Attendees Must:

• Exercise personal judgment and discretion when joining events
• Respect event rules and the Event Creator's instructions
• Report any concerns or violations through the Platform's reporting feature
• Not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating events or content that violate Indian laws
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts
• Spreading malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scraping or collecting user data without permission
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

• Fyndyo is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or no-shows
• We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or losses at events
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
• Users assume all risks associated with using the Platform and attending events

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Event Creators retain ownership of their event content. By posting content on Fyndyo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

All Fyndyo trademarks, logos, and platform features are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

8. Reporting and Takedown Rights

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate any user account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal or harmful content
• Violates community guidelines
• Receives legitimate complaints from other users

9. Compliance with Indian Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Specific compliance requirements include:

• Information Technology Act, 2000: Users must not engage in activities prohibited under this Act
